Droperidol
Droperidol Injection 1mg in 1mL
Droperidol injection contains droperidol 1mg, mannitol, tartaric acid and sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment in water for injections to 1mL.
Indication
Droperidol injection is indicated for: tranquillisation and for the prevention of nausea and vomiting in surgical and diagnostic procedures; for premedication, induction, and as an adjunct in the maintenance of general and regional anaesthesia; in neuroleptanalgesia with use of narcotic opioid analgesics; and for the management of severe agitation, hyperactivity, or aggressiveness in psychotic disorders.
