Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Injection 1.56g in 10mL

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate concentrated injection contains sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate 1.56g in 10mL. Each 10mL contains 10 millimoles of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dehydrate, 10 millimoles of sodium, and 10 millimoles of phosphate ions.

Indication

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate injection is indicated for inclusion in total parenteral nutrition solutions as an electrolyte source. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate injection may also be used for the treatment of hyponatraemia (sodium depletion) and for the treatment of severe hypophosphataemia (serum levels <0.3 mmol/L) and other degrees of hypophosphataemia, when oral therapy is not possible.
