
Arginine hydrochloride injection
Arginine hydrochloride injection contains arginine hydrochloride 15g in water for injections to 25mL.
Arginine hydrochloride injection is used as an acidifying agent in severe metabolic alkalosis and in some conditions accompanied by hyperammonaemia stemming from inborn errors of the urea cycle. It is also used as an intravenous stimulant to pituitary gland for release of human growth hormone.
