Cyclizine Lactate Injection 50mg in 1mL

Cyclizine lactate injection contains cyclizine lactate 50mg equivalent to cyclizine base 37.35mg, lactic acid and water for injections to 1mL.

Indication

Cyclizine lactate injection is indicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting, including motion sickness when the oral route cannot be used, post-operative nausea and vomiting and radiotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. Cyclizine lactate injection can be given pre-operatively for emergency surgery to prevent vomiting during induction of general anaesthesia. Cyclizine lactate injection may be of value in relieving vomiting and vertigo associated with Menière's disease and other forms of vestibular disturbance when the oral route cannot be used.
